The Travis 8th grade girls track & field team opened the 2025 season by participating in the Waco ISD Invitational held at Paul Tyson Field on Wednesday.
The Lady Mustangs finished in 3rd Place in the team standings out of 11 teams participating.
Lady Mustangs Tianna Ballard took 1st Place in the discus to bring home the lone gold medal for Travis.
