CAMERON - The Travis Science Academy 8th Grade girls cross country team opened the 2025 season on Saturday at the Cameron Summer Finale Invitational.

The Lady Mustangs were led by Angelina Deholloz who completed the 2 mile course in a time of 15:29 to take 29th Place overall in the season opener.

Also competing for the Lady Mustangs were:

Aurelia Gutierrez- Juarez - 60th (18:53)
Yazmin Maldonado - 62nd (19:17)
Brisa Rico - 64th (19:26)

Travis will return to action on September 24th when they will compete in the South Belton Invitational at South Belton Middle School.
