The Travis Science Academy 8th Grade B football team opened the 2024 season on Tuesday with a 20-6 victory over Copperas Cove at Woodson Field.

The Offensive Standout for the Mustangs was Christopher Cano who scored one of the Mustang touchdowns.

Defensive Standouts for the Mustangs were Alex Valdez with an interception and Rafael Rodriguez Castro who had multiple tackle.

Travis 1-0 will return to action on September 17 when they will be on the road at North Belton beginning at 5:00 pm.
