CAMERON – The Travis 7th grade girls cross country team participated in the Cameron Invitational on Wednesday at Cameron Junior High.
The race was a combination of both 7th and 8th grade runners.
The Lady Mustangs took 4th Place in the team standings with 149 points while Wellborn M.S. was the champions with 37 points.

The Lady Mustangs were led by Kameryn Tate who placed 37th and Vivienne Allen 38th with Tate completing the 3000 meter course in 16:19 and Allen in 16:21.

Travis returns to action on September 18th when they will compete in the Robinson Invitational at Robinson High School.
