The Travis Mustang 7th grade football team returned from their bye week on Monday evening as they hosted the Lake Belton Bronchos at Woodson Field.
The Mustangs fell into an early 6-0 deficit but scored 25 unanswered points to defeat the Bronchos by a score of 25-6.
Outstanding players for the Mustangs included Jeremiah Kprazeon, who had three interceptions and a touchdown while Ka'son Harris-Jefferson was on multiple tackles and quarterback pressures, and Christopher Weaver had two touchdowns.
Travis 2-1 on the season will return to play on October 7 with a road game against River Valley.
