The Travis Mustang 7th grade cross country team competed in the Central Texas District Cross Country championships on Wednesday at Lions Park in Temple.
Travis took 3rd Place in the team standings with 71 points while River Valley won the team title with 41 points.
The Mustangs were led by Easton Williams who placed 4th overall in the field of 58 runners as Easton ran the 2 mile course in a time of 14:03.
Also having a Top 20 finished for the Mustangs was Joel Lopez who placed 14th overall with a time of 15:06.
