The Travis Science Academy 8th Grade B basketball team opened their season on Thursday with a 49-18 loss to Midway at Mustang Gym.

The Mustangs were led by Kamari Melton with 7 points and Joseph Gonzales with 5 points.

Also for the Mustangs with 2 points each were Jonathan Mose, Deromandric Jackson and Tristan Lockett.

Travis (0-1) will return to action on December 4th when they will travel to Bonham to take on the Bulldogs beginning at 6:00 pm.
