The Travis Science Academy Lady Mustang 7th Grade B team hosted the Bonham Lady Bulldogs in their home opener on Wednesday evening. In a low scoring affair, Travis defeated Bonham by a score of 17-9.

The Lady Mustangs were led by Emma Ruiz who had 4 points and 8 steals while Reginae Williams also had 4 points and 3 steals.

Also for the Lady Mustangs, Jazmin Salinas had 3 points while Yazmin Maldonado and Makalynn Taplin each had 2 points.

The Lady Mustangs will return to action on December 9th with a road game at Copperas Cove beginning at 6:30 pm.
