The Travis Science Academy Lady Mustang 7th Grade A team traveled across town to face the Lamar Lady Bearcats. In the battle of the TISD rivals, Travis defeated Lamar by a score of 36-10.

The Lady Mustangs were led by Lala Akiode with 24 points, 6 steals, 2 rebounds and Grace Gutierrez Juarez with 9 points.

Also for the Lady Mustangs Lucy Lucas with 4 points and Ja'Miyah Stonum with 2 points.

The Lady Mustangs will return to action on January 23rd when they will to Belton to face South Belton Middle School beginning at 5:30 pm.
